You’ll find us at 14 Lancaster Way, Witchford, Ely (CB6 3NW). Our clinic is part of the Lancaster Way Business Park, close to Ely Leisure Village and only a short drive from the heart of Ely, with easy access and plenty of parking to make your visit stress-free.

Opening Times:

Mon-Fri: 6am-8pm.
Saturday: 7am-2pm.
Sunday: 8am-1pm.

Relief Care

In the first stage, our priority is to help you feel more comfortable. We focus on easing pain, reducing tension, and improving your mobility so you can start getting back to your normal activities as quickly as possible.

Strengthening

Once your pain has eased, we work on addressing the underlying issues. This phase focuses on improving posture, stabilising your spine, and strengthening supporting muscles to reduce symptoms returning.

Wellness Care

After your body is stronger and more balanced, many patients choose ongoing care to stay well. Wellness care helps maintain spinal health, prevent future flare-ups, and support longterm wellbeing.
